1. How to Open an Account?

Go to the account registration, and fill in all details. Tick all the boxes agreeing to our terms and conditions, and provide documents for KYC. Your documents and information will be reviewed, and your account will be opened in no time. You will then be given your login credentials. If you don’t want to open a live account yet, you can also choose to open a demo account.

2. How to Make a Deposit?

Go to the client area in your trading terminal to make a deposit. There are many ways to deposit on the Soho Markets platform, including bank transfer, Skrill, Paypal, and Neteller. Processing times can vary as per different channels. For instance, it could take up to 5 business days for wire transfers. However, the rest of the methods are instant. Soho Markets doesn’t accept any third-party deposits. When your deposit is successful, funds will automatically be added to your account, and you can start trading.

3. Are My Username and Password Secure?

Yes, Soho Markets uses the most advanced technologies and complies with all regulatory protocols to ensure your data, and funds remain secure. 

4. What to Do if I Forget My Password?

Click on the ‘forgot password’ link on your trading platform, and answer the security questions to reset your password. Ensure to choose 2FA (2-Factor authentication) to ensure added protection while choosing a password. Choose a strong password consisting of a combination of letters and symbols.

Simply download the platform version for your device. Install the platform and login with your credentials. You can access your account from anywhere with an internet connection, and at any time.
